Created a cross-channel campaign with the theme of Transforming with Quality. The campaign elements included digital employee award badges, award certificates, thank you letters, a newsletter, digital screens and wall graphics congratulating Quality Transformer winners, Intranet recognition of winners, and a Transforming with Quality digital campaign that established the campaign theme as well as identified and reinforced the three tangible goals the engineers must meet.

Cisco viewed this employee campaign as mission critical. CEO Chuck Robbins said in November 2015 (Network World) “As we deliver more of our portfolio in software and cloud models, we are driving consistent double-digit growth in deferred revenue.”
